Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) lists conduct and content that are not allowed on GrowhtOS. It supplements our Terms of Service. Violations may lead to content removal, account suspension, termination, and where appropriate, referral to law enforcement.

1. Prohibited content

• Illegal content under applicable law.
• Content that infringes intellectual property, trademarks, publicity, or privacy rights of others.
• Sexual content involving minors. Zero tolerance.
• Content that promotes violence, terrorism, self-harm, or human trafficking.
• Hate speech or harassment targeting protected characteristics.
• Doxing or sharing private information without consent.
• Deceptive content, scams, deepfake impersonation of real people without consent.
• Pharmaceuticals, weapons, or regulated goods sold without proper authorisation.

2. Prohibited platform behaviour

• Spam, mass-DM blasts, or bulk follow/unfollow automation that violates the connected platform’s rules.
• Buying or generating fake engagement (likes, comments, followers, views).
• Creating, automating, or operating accounts in violation of Meta or TikTok platform terms.
• Posting on behalf of someone else without their explicit, documented authorisation.
• Using the Service to evade a suspension or ban from a connected platform.

3. Prohibited technical behaviour

• Reverse engineering, scraping, or extracting non-public data from the Service.
• Bypassing rate limits, quotas, security mechanisms, or access controls.
• Probing, scanning, or testing the vulnerability of the Service without prior written authorisation (see Security for our coordinated disclosure policy).
• Uploading malware, viruses, worms, or any malicious code.
• Interfering with the Service’s availability for other users (DoS, traffic flooding, etc.).
• Using AI tools to generate prohibited content, including illegal advice or impersonation.

4. AI-specific rules

• Do not submit prompts designed to extract personal data or generate content that violates this AUP.
• Do not pass off AI-generated images or videos as original endorsements from real public figures.
• Disclose AI-generated content where the connected platform requires it.

5. Reporting abuse

If you believe content or behaviour on GrowhtOS violates this AUP, email abuse@growhtos.com. Include URLs, screenshots, and context. We aim to investigate every report within 5 business days.

6. Enforcement

Depending on severity, our response may include warning, content removal, throttling, suspension, termination, retention of evidence, or cooperation with law enforcement. We may act without prior notice in cases of imminent harm, ongoing fraud, or threats to system integrity.
